She launched Ms. Mango Plus Smoothie Bar on May 15, 2020 in the middle of the pandemic with the intent of bringing simple, healthy yet tasty smoothies to as many hands as possible in my community. Simone was nervous but saw a need for what the community was missing and then decided to take a chance on myself. Three years later, we're still going strong.
